Manager Oracle Hyperion Enterprice Performance Management


You have worked on implementing financial consolidation, planning and reporting solutions?

Top consulting company in the region of Zug is looking for a top consultant.

The role will oversee the Corporate Planning, Budgeting and Controlling consulting practice in Europe and have responsibility for servicing some of the current clients, enlarging the current team by hiring new consultants and growing revenues by actively assisting the Partners of the firm in new client acquisitions.

The successful candidate should have the following skills, experiences and qualifications:

  • Qualified controller with 5 to 10+ years of experience in corporate planning, budgeting and financial reporting within multinational corporations, either as a member of the CFO's team or as an external consultant with a track record of numerous successful projects.
  • Experience within cost controlling and cost accounting, forecast and rolling forecast processes, calculations and analysis of business drivers in various business sectors, i.e. industry, services, trade and banking
  • Project management experience on large projects, communications to steering committees, delegation of tasks to project members, definition of priorities and conflicts management
  • Training and certification on Oracle Hyperion Planning and Oracle Hyperion Essbase and full independence on the following Oracle software related tasks: structures management for Hyperion Planning, Essbase calculation rules and scripts implementation, implementation of web forms and Smartview outputs linked to Essbase scripts and dynamic business rules, design and implementation of interfaces.
  • Knowledge of relational database technology, Oracle/SQL servers and appropriate interfaces (ODBC)
  • Interpersonally excellent with ability to work in a multi cultural business
  • Fluently speaking English and German, French and other languages are a plus
  • Ready to commit to a high level of travel, min. 50%
  • Proactive, innovative, ambitious, accountable and energetic

We are actively seeking people who have worked on implementing financial consolidation, planning and reporting solutions. Your understanding of the group reporting process will be complemented with strong finance, technology and communication skills. Your role will be to assist in the implementation of projects within our portfolio of clients. Very good command of English, German and French is a must. Previous experience of working on financial consolidation and planning solutions such as the ones edited by Oracle/Hyperion, SAP/BO/Cartesis or IBM/Cognos would be a plus.
